is a communion in itself

Formation
-
We
must consider the word formation on a practical level, how I can influence
others with my actions and words
-
Each part of the weekly meeting is important, including the processing from
where we can learn a lot
-
At
the beginning of the meeting we show what our aims are and how we will
proceed with the meeting
-
Giving importance to discussions
-
Preparing an activity is just as important as the activity itself and
therefore we should keep everyone involved and interested
-
Leaving time for feedback after the activities
-
A
good conclusion for the meeting is presented right at the end
