(Matthew 7: 11) If you, then, being evil, are able to give good things to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give good things to those who make requests to him?

(John 6: 35) And this was the answer of Jesus: I am the bread of life. He who comes to me will never be in need of food, and he who has faith in me will never be in need of drink.

(Luke 5: 24) But so that you may see that on earth the Son of man has authority for the forgiveness of sins, (he said to the man who was ill,) I say to you, Get up, and take up your bed, and go into your house.

(Matthew 16: 24) Then Jesus said to his disciples, If any man would come after me, let him give up all, and take up his cross, and come after me.

(Mark 4: 24) And he said to them, Take care what you give ear to: in the same measure as you give you will get, and more will be given to you.

(John 8: 34) And this was the answer Jesus gave them: Truly I say to you, Everyone who does evil is the servant of sin.

(Matthew 4: 8 - 10) Again, the Evil One took him up to a very high mountain, and let him see all the kingdoms of the world and the glory of them; And he said to him, All these things will I give you, if you will go down on your face and give me worship. Then said Jesus to him, Away, Satan: for it is in the Writings, Give worship to the Lord your God and be his servant only.

(Luke 6: 29) If a man gives you a blow on one side of your face, then let the other side be turned to him; from him who takes away your coat, do not keep back your robe.

(Luke 24: 34) And they said to them, The Lord has truly come back to life again, and Simon has seen him.

(John 10: 17) For this reason am I loved by the Father, because I give up my life so that I may take it again.

(Mark 14: 62) You will see the Son of man seated at the right hand of power, and coming with the clouds of heaven.

(Matthew 11: 28) Come to me, all you who are troubled and weighted down with care, and I will give you rest.

(Luke 6: 48) He is like a man building a house, who went deep and put the base of it on a rock; and when the water came up and the river was driving against that house, it was not moved, because the building was good.

(John 12: 26) If any man is my servant, let him come after me; and where I am, there will my servant be. If any man becomes my servant, my Father will give him honour.

(Mark 9: 50) Salt is good; but if the taste goes from it, how will you make it salt again? Have salt in yourselves, and be at peace one with another.

(Luke 23: 42) And he said, Jesus, keep me in mind when you come in your kingdom.

(Matthew 5: 10) Happy are those who are attacked on account of righteousness: for the kingdom of heaven will be theirs.

(John 13: 15) I have given you an example, so that you may do what I have done to you.

(Matthew 21: 21) And Jesus in answer said to them, Truly I say to you, If you have faith, without doubting, not only may you do what has been done to the fig-tree, but even if you say to this mountain, Be taken up and put into the sea, it will be done.

(Mark 16: 15) And he said to them, Go into all the world, and give the good news to everyone.

(John 15: 16) You did not take me for yourselves, but I took you for myself; and I gave you the work of going about and producing fruit which will be for ever; so that whatever request you make to the Father in my name he may give it to you.

(Matthew 5: 30) And if your right hand is a cause of trouble to you, let it be cut off and put it away from you; because it is better to undergo the loss of one part, than for all your body to go into hell.

(John 14: 6) Jesus said to him, I am the true and living way: no one comes to the Father but by me.

(Mark 14: 36) And he said, Abba, Father, all things are possible to you; take away this cup from me: but even so let not my pleasure, but yours be done.

(Luke 18: 27) But he said, Things which are not possible with man are possible with God.

(Matthew 5: 40) And if any man goes to law with you and takes away your coat, do not keep back your robe from him.

(John 14: 15) If you have love for me, you will keep my laws.

(Mark 12: 17) And Jesus said to them, Give to Caesar the things which are Caesar's, and to God the things which are God's. And they were full of wonder at him.

(Luke 19: 10) For the Son of man came to make search for those who are wandering from the way, and to be their Saviour.

(Matthew 8: 20) And Jesus said to him, The foxes have holes, and the birds of heaven have a resting-place; but the Son of man has nowhere to put his head.

(John 14: 21) He who has my laws and keeps them, he it is who has love for me: and he who has love for me will be loved by my Father, and I will have love for him and will let myself be seen clearly by him.
