In this article you can find details about the promotion that is going to be held shortly. Activities will include those being held on a national scale and also those being held in the different Parishes. All activities will be put in chronological order and photos from the activities will be put online. Material for this section is more than welcome. The banner in this article was created and painted by ZAK Marsaxlokk - well done. 18.10.09, 8:30 - 20:00 in the Swatar Parish hall and car park, organised by ZAK Swatar. ZAK Swatar will be showing a presentation of past activities and have dances and games during the day, though this time it will be at the time when people are going for Mass. PAST PROMOTION ITEMS 25.09.09, 19:30 - 22:30 at Oratorju Qalb ta' Gesu, Mosta, organised by ZAK Mosta. A BBQ is being organised so that prospective members can meet with the current members and make new friends. More information on the poster. 25.09.09, organised by ZAK Zurrieq. A banner will be hung from the Parish office balcony so as to promote ZAK. The whole banner will be hung up in 3 pieces, one each week and will be hanging for 3 weeks. The group is also going to publish a magazine every 3 months so that Zurrieq residents will know about the activities of ZAK Zurrieq. 26.09.09, 8:30 - 12:00 at ZAK House, painting of banners. The banners which are going to be hung up on the bridge at Marsa during the promotion, will be painted this morning. More information. 26.09.09, 10:00 - 13:00 in the Swatar Parish hall and car park, organised by ZAK Swatar. In the days prior to the activity notices will be given out to invite people to attend. During the activity one will be able to see what ZAK Swatar has done in the past and what is being done now. There will also be games and dancing. ZAK groups from other Parishes are invited to join in. 27.09.09, 06:00 - 19:00 at Marsaxlokk, organised by ZAK Marsaxlokk. From 06:00 - 09:00 the group will be at the market where they will be distributing flyers. From 09:00 - 17:00 they will then be on the Church Parvis where there will be a stand set up all day long. While on the Church Parvis there will be a cake sale, face painting, games and ZAK dances. The group will animate the Mass at 18:00 and take care of reflections outside at 19:00. During the previous week the group is going to have gone round the village distributing flyers and inviting 12-13 year olds to the new group which is about to start. 27.09.09, 08:00 - 13:00 at Ibrag Parish Church, organised by ZAK Ibrag. ZAK members will be organising a car wash as part of the promotion. The theme of the promotion is treasure island. During the Masses on Sunday morning members will be dressed as pirates and will distribute a small treasure box to each person going to Church. Members will organise an open day where there will be a display of charts and photos so that the public can learn more about the activities held. 27.09.09, 18:30 - 23:00 at the Old Church, Siggiewi, organised by ZAK Siggiewi.
